某活動中心重荷載屋面網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)設計

[摘要] 石家莊市某活動中心項目為4層鋼筋混凝土框剪結(jié)構(gòu),局部為大空間體育場館,該部位屋頂短向跨度約47m,長向約55m,屋頂為種植花園,重力荷載較普通輕屋蓋增大近10倍。經(jīng)方案優(yōu)化比較,確定采用三角錐網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu),本文歸納整理了其中關(guān)于桿件優(yōu)化、橡膠支座設計、限位裝置設置以及邊界處理等問題的一些設計經(jīng)驗和做法,可為今后中等跨度重荷載屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)設計提供一定的借鑒和參考。

Space truss structure design of an activity center with heavy load roof

AbstractAn activity center, located in Shijiazhuang, is 4 layer reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structures. Part of the center is a large space sports stadiums with long span about 55 meters and short side 47 meters. Because of the planted roof, the gravity load of the stadiums has increases nearly ten times compared with the ordinary light roof. The triangular pyramid space truss structure was determined as the optimization scheme by comparison. This paper summarized some design experience and practice, such as the optimization of the bar, the rubber bearing design, the setting of the limiting device and the boundary treatment, to provide a reference for the structure design of the middle span heavy load roof.
