箱形型鋼混凝土梁受彎性能試驗(yàn)研究及理論分析

（1 中國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院，北京100044；2 江蘇省建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司，北京210019）（3 南京市市政設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限責(zé)任公司，南京210008）[摘要]通過對(duì)3根型鋼混凝土梁進(jìn)行的受彎性能試驗(yàn)，重點(diǎn)描述了箱形型鋼混凝土梁的受彎破壞過程，在此基礎(chǔ)上依據(jù)混凝土、鋼筋及型鋼在不同位置處的實(shí)測(cè)應(yīng)變變化情況，詳細(xì)分析了箱形型鋼混凝土梁整個(gè)加載過程的力學(xué)性能。對(duì)強(qiáng)度疊加法進(jìn)行了修正，提出了考慮混凝土約束效應(yīng)的抗彎承載力計(jì)算方法，克服了規(guī)程計(jì)算值過于保守的缺陷，通過對(duì)已有文獻(xiàn)中45個(gè)構(gòu)件的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比分析表明，公式計(jì)算值與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合良好，可為型鋼混凝土規(guī)范的修訂提供參考，同時(shí)可用于工程設(shè)計(jì)中。[關(guān)鍵詞]型鋼混凝土;抗彎承載力;力學(xué)性能中圖分類號(hào)： TU398+.7 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)S1-0473-05Experimental study and theoretical analysis on flexural behavior of box steel encased concrete beamsZhang Genyu1, Qin Zhishang2, Xing Jingjing3（1 China Architecture Design & Research Group,Beijing,100044, China; 2 Jiangsu Provincial Architectural D & R Institute LTD, Jiangsu210019, China; 3 Nanjing Municipal Design and Research Institute Co.,LTD., Jiangsu 210008, China）Abstract: In this paper, the flexural loading experiments of 3 SRC beams has been carried out, flexural destruction process of box SRC beams are mainly described. Based on the experiment, the mechanical behavior of box SRC beams during the whole loading process is analyzed in detail by practical strain changes of the strain gauges attached to different positions of concrete, reinforcement bars and steels. Simultaneously, the strength superposition method was revised, and computational method for calculating the bending bearing capacity of steel-encased concrete beams was established, the shortcomings of strength superposition method was overcome. A comparison with 45 trial values demonstrates that the computational formulae proposed in this paper accord well with trial values, and can provide a reference for the revise of codes for steel-encased concrete as well as engineering design.Keywords: steel-encased concrete; bending bearing capacity; mechanical behavior
