青島卓越世紀(jì)中心超高層結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析

（CCDI悉地國(guó)際，深圳518048）[摘要] 青島卓越世紀(jì)中心1號(hào)塔樓是存在多項(xiàng)超限情況的超高層框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。首先確定了抗震性能目標(biāo)及設(shè)計(jì)方法，然后采用Midas Building有限元軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)在大震作用下的抗震性能進(jìn)行了分析，基于結(jié)構(gòu)整體及構(gòu)件層面，總結(jié)了其在大震作用下的性能水準(zhǔn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)其薄弱部位，為有針對(duì)性地采取抗震措施提供參考。[關(guān)鍵詞] 抗震性能;大震;動(dòng)力彈塑性;性能水準(zhǔn)中圖分類號(hào)：TU973.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2013)S1-0552-05Elastic-plastic time history analysis on the super high-rise building structure ofQingdao Excellence Century CentreLiu Yunlang, Liu Wenqing, Yang Feng, Li Jianwei, Shi Yongmang(CCDI GROUP, Shenzhen 518048, China)Abstract: There are some cases out of code about a super high-rise building, No.1 tower of Qingdao Excellence Century Centre, which is a frame-core wall structure. Objectives and design methods of seismic performance were determined, and then the performance-based seismic analysis of the structure was conducted under rare earthquake with finite element software Midas Building. Performance level of the structure and elements was summarized under rare earthquake, and the weak spots of the structure were found out.
