根據(jù)10版抗規(guī)與高規(guī)對(duì)地下室頂板作為嵌固端部分探討

[摘要] 高層建筑上部結(jié)構(gòu)嵌固端位置的選取是非常重要的，而工程實(shí)踐中嵌固端的選取是非常復(fù)雜的問題。新頒布的 10版《建筑抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》和《高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》對(duì)于地下室頂板作為上部結(jié)構(gòu)嵌固端的要求有所變化，本文根據(jù)這兩本規(guī)范,參考有關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對(duì)工作中碰到的上部結(jié)構(gòu)嵌固端的以下問題做了探討:1)地下室頂板開洞口;2)地下室一側(cè)有地下車庫(kù)通道;3)地下室頂板不能作為嵌固端時(shí)的措施;4)上部結(jié)構(gòu)與地下室是否整體統(tǒng)一計(jì)算;5)地下室頂板作嵌固端時(shí)與其他專業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)問題。本文對(duì)以上問題提出了解決思路和建議,以求達(dá)到安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),并供設(shè)計(jì)同行參考。[關(guān)鍵詞] 規(guī)范修訂;地下室頂板開洞口;地下車庫(kù)通道;非嵌固端措施;整體統(tǒng)一計(jì)算;專業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)問題Certain discussion of basement top slab as the fixed-end based on seismic code (2010) and high-level specification (2010)Li Xianjie1, Shi Qijian1, Huang Xinglong(Liao Cheng Institute Of Architecture Design, Liaocheng 252000, China)Abstract: The selection of the fixed-end of superstructure is an important issue, and which is complicated in the practical design .With <Code for seismic design of buildings>(2010) and<Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building>(2010) revision ,the requirement of basement top slab on fixed-end has changed , the paper based on seismic code and high-level specification revision and relevant reference, made the following discussion of fixed-end of superstructure:(1)basement top slab opening;(2)underground garage channel on side of the basement; (3) basement top slab can not serve as fixed-end；(4)whether the superstructure and basement unified calculate or not;(5)coordination of profession when basement top slab serve as fixed-end of superstructure .The paper put forward solution thread and suggestion on these above cases in order to safe and economical design ,which can be referenced for design peer.Keywords: Code revision; basement top slab opening; underground garage channel; strengthening measure on non-fix-end of superstructure ; unified whole calculate ; coordination of profession
