［摘要］以杭州市余杭區(qū)某住宅地下室為分析對(duì)象，在滿足建筑停車功能及設(shè)備管線鋪設(shè)要求前提下，按不同形式的柱網(wǎng)布置、梁板布置分析各種布置的經(jīng)濟(jì)性，通過計(jì)算、配筋得出實(shí)際相應(yīng)土建成本的經(jīng)濟(jì)性比較，為地下室頂板結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Abstract: The analysis object is a basement roof of a residence community, based on requirement meeting to parking space and pipeline laying, analyse economical efficiency of different forms of column layout and slab layout of the basement roof, obtain the economic comparison of the actual cost of project through calculation and reinforcement, provide a reference for the roof of the basement structural design.
