［摘要］載荷試驗實際上是模擬建筑物地基基礎(chǔ)在受荷條件下工程性能的一種現(xiàn)場模型試驗。從載荷試驗的目的入手，對試驗的原理、常用儀器方法、技術(shù)要求、成果應(yīng)用等展開介紹，并對不同方式的適用范圍進(jìn)行對比分析。

Principle and practical points of loading plate test

Abstract: Load test is is a simulation of building foundation under the load condition engineering performance of a model test on site actually. The test principle, method of commonly used instrument, technical requirements, etc, from the purpose of load test were introduced. The application was compared.
