[摘要]工程結構主體高度209.850m,超過規(guī)范混合結構B級高度最大使用高度的要求,結構采用框架-核心筒結構體系。采用基于性能要求的抗震設計方法,提出合理的抗震性能目標、性能水準及實現(xiàn)性能設計的主要方法,對結構進行多遇地震作用下的彈性分析以及罕遇地震作用下的動力彈塑性時程分析。針對該工程結構特點,并結合計算分析結果和超限審查專家的意見,提出了對該工程超限情況所采取的針對性措施。給超高層結構的設計提供了一些借鑒。

Abstract: This project is 209.850m in height, exceeding the maximum allowable height of Class B for standard. Steel-concrete structures and frame-core tube structure system are adopted. By adopting the performance-demanded anti-seismic design approach, rational anti-seismic performance goal, performance level and key approaches to realize performance design were proposed. Elasticity analysis under frequent earthquake and dynamic elasto-plastic analysis time history analysis under rare earthquake were conducted for the structure. Based on the structural features of this project and in combination with the calculation result as well as the comments of the expert reviewers in overrun structure, specific measures were proposed in light of the high-rise conditions of this project, which provides references for the design of high rise structures.
