[摘要]在核安全相關(guān)廠房的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中,事故工況下產(chǎn)生的高溫作用對混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的效應(yīng)是不容忽視的問題。而在工程中采用墻體保溫砂漿的做法可以很好地降低混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的溫度內(nèi)力。由于事故工況產(chǎn)生的高溫作用具有較強的瞬時特征,溫度場分布也具有顯著的不均勻性,導(dǎo)致其內(nèi)力計算較為復(fù)雜。采用有限元軟件ANSYS對比了采用保溫砂漿及未采用保溫砂漿的混凝土墻體在高溫時程作用下各時刻的溫度場及內(nèi)力,得出采用保溫砂漿對降低混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)溫度效應(yīng)的結(jié)論。

Numerical simulation analysis of concrete structure under accident condition temperature effect

Abstract: The temperature effect due to the accident condition on the concrete structure is indispensable in the design of nuclear safety related structures. But the thermal-induced internal force of the concrete structure can be significantly reduced with thermal insulation mortar system. As the temperature variation is instantaneous, and the temperature field distribution is non-uniform, the internal force calculation is very complicated. According to finite element analysis with ANSYS, a detailed analysis of thermal field and internal force of concrete structure with thermal insulation mortar system or not due to temperature effect in each time has been performed. And after the comparison analysis, we can find the conclusion of the internal force in concrete structure with thermal insulation mortar system can be significantly reduced.
