組合套管式新型防屈曲耗能支撐試驗研究及工程應(yīng)用

[摘要]針對傳統(tǒng)防屈曲耗能支撐在應(yīng)用上的缺點,設(shè)計了一種新型防屈曲耗能支撐。該支撐采用型鋼組合套管,有自重小、易加工、制作周期短、質(zhì)量容易保證等優(yōu)點。對該支撐進行了反復(fù)拉壓試驗研究,試驗滯回曲線飽滿,相對變形達到1/30時無破壞跡象,表明該支撐具有良好的耗能能力和穩(wěn)定的工作性能,適合在工程實踐中應(yīng)用。

Experimental study and application of a new-type buckling restrained brace with combined section steel as sleeve

Abstract:A new type of buckling restrained brace (BRB) is designed against the shortages of traditional BRB in application area. This new brace has many merits such as light self-weight, easy to manufacture, short producing period and reliable quality control for its section-steel thimble combination. The result of reduplicate draw-press circle experiment of this brace shows that, the hysteretic curve is plump and stable, and while the relative distortion reached 1/30, no destruction happens. The result indicates that this brace has good energy-dissipation capability and stable workability, and it is suitable to be applied in construction projects.
