蒙皮板整體剪切屈曲性能試驗(yàn)及有限元分析

[摘要]在蒙皮體的各種破壞形式中,整體剪切屈曲破壞是具有控制作用的破壞形式之一。對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)常用的YX20-166-830型壓型鋼板組成的6個(gè)不同邊界連接的蒙皮板進(jìn)行了抗剪試驗(yàn)研究,探討邊界連接形式對(duì)整體屈曲荷載的影響。在試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了有限元分析,將試驗(yàn)結(jié)果、有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果和理論結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較。屈曲荷載的試驗(yàn)值與有限元計(jì)算值相差較小,可見(jiàn)有限元計(jì)算模型可以作為進(jìn)行蒙皮體抗剪性能分析的輔助手段。另外,通過(guò)屈曲荷載的試驗(yàn)值和簡(jiǎn)化公式值比較,得到了邊界連接形式對(duì)整體屈曲荷載的影響,進(jìn)一步完善了蒙皮板整體剪切屈曲的計(jì)算公式。

Experiment and finite element analysis on overall shear buckling  performance of stressed skin diaphragms

Abstract:Overall shear buckling is one of decisive failure modes of skin diaphragms. Experimental investigation in six skin diaphragms under shearing loading was carried out, in which the diaphragms are made of common YX20-166-830 profiled steel sheeting, with different boundary attachments. The influence of boundary condition on overall buckling strength is discussed. Based on experiment, finite element analysis is performed, the corresponding results are compared. Difference between experimental values and finite element values concerning overall buckling strength is little, and finite element models can be adopted as an accessorial method in analysis of the shear behavior of skin diaphragms. In addition, influences of boundary attachments on overall buckling strength are presented through comparisons between experimental values and simplified equation values concerning overall buckling strength, and the equation on overall shear buckling of skin diaphragms is supplied.
