不均勻豎向荷載作用下彎曲型高層建筑的整體穩(wěn)定驗算

[摘要]整體穩(wěn)定控制是高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中的重要問題之一。《高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ 3—2010)通過剛重比來控制結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定和二階效應(yīng)幅度,其剛重比公式適用于豎向荷載沿高度分布相對均勻的結(jié)構(gòu)。高規(guī)適用高度范圍內(nèi),絕大部分彎曲型高層建筑的豎向荷載沿高度分布是相對均勻的,近年來我國高層建筑迅速發(fā)展,有些超高層建筑出現(xiàn)豎向荷載從下到上顯著變小甚至突變的情況,直接用高規(guī)剛重比公式計算過于保守、存在較大誤差。針對豎向荷載不均勻的彎曲型結(jié)構(gòu),探討并提出了適用的剛重比公式,此剛重比公式可以合理反映豎向荷載不均勻?qū)傊乇鹊挠绊?,同時在豎向荷載均布情況下直接退化為高規(guī)的剛重比公式。理論和算例分析表明,建議的剛重比公式計算精度可以滿足工程需要,且在各種豎向荷載模式下均偏于安全,具有工程實用價值。

Overall stability checking of flexural tall buildings under uneven vertical loads

Abstract:Overall stability control is one of the  important issues in the structural design of tall buildings. Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building (JGJ 3—2010) (specification for short) stipulates to control the structural overall stability and the second-order effect amplitude by the stiffness-weight ratio. Its stiffness-weight ratio formula is applicable to structures with relatively uniform vertical load distribution. Within the applicable building height range of the specification, the vertical load distribution along the height of most flexural tall buildings is relatively uniform. Meanwhile, China′s tall buildings have developed rapidly in recent years, and vertical loads are significantly smaller or even abrupt from bottom to top in some super-tall buildings. It is too conservative and there is a large error if the stiffness-weight ratio formula in the specification was directly used. Aiming at the tall building structure with uneven vertical load, the applicable formula was proposed to calculate stiffness-weight ratio. The stiffness-weight ratio formula could reasonably reflect the influence of the vertical load unevenness on the stiffness-weight ratio, and it directly degenerated into the stiffness-weight ratio formula of the specification in the case of uniform vertical load. The analysis on theoretical and numerical examples shows that the  calculation accuracy of the proposed stiffness-weight ratio formula can meet the engineering needs, and it is safe in all kinds of vertical load modes, and has engineering practical value.
