［摘要］伴隨著國(guó)家政策倡導(dǎo)，發(fā)展裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅建筑成為時(shí)下的前沿技術(shù)熱點(diǎn)。以滄州市天成裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅建筑為例，針對(duì)政府安置房類項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)，聚焦建筑戶型模塊化設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)體系選型、三板體系選型的優(yōu)化過(guò)程,給出了滄州市天成裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅設(shè)計(jì)中結(jié)構(gòu)體系和圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)比選的過(guò)程，詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了各種鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系及圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)與該項(xiàng)目的適用性，并根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況，給出了一些針對(duì)裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)，供類似工程參考。

Design  of tiancheng prefabricated steel structural housing  in Cangzhou city

Abstract:The development of the prefabricated steel structure for residence buildings, which is encouraged by Chinese government and the policy of the relevant administrations, has been a hot topic in the construction industry across China in recent years. Taking the  Tiancheng prefabricated steel structural housing in Cangzhou city  as an example, the optimization process of modular design, structural system selection and three-slab system selection were focused aiming at the characteristics of the government resettlement housing projects. The process of comparison and selection of structural system and envelope system in the design of  Tiancheng prefabricated steel structural housing in Cangzhou city were provided. Various steel structural systems and envelope systems and the applicability of the project were introduced in detail. According to the actual situation of the project, some key points of the design for the prefabricated steel structural housing were given for reference of similar projects.
