全局布索預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼框架預(yù)應(yīng)力參數(shù)的試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]基于全局布索預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼框架的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,設(shè)計(jì)兩榀縮尺模型進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)荷載條件下的靜力試驗(yàn),以分析不同拉索截面面積、預(yù)拉力對鋼框架的影響。通過試驗(yàn)可知,隨著索支索預(yù)拉力的增加,增大了索支撐桿對鋼框架的頂推力,隨著隅撐索預(yù)拉力的增加,增大了隅撐撐桿對鋼框架的拖曳力。不同索截面面積的拉索初始預(yù)拉力在相同預(yù)應(yīng)力的情況下對鋼框架各截面產(chǎn)生的彎矩和擾度與其各自的索截面面積有關(guān),且按其變化倍數(shù)增加。隨著兩索索截面面積的增加,在豎向荷載下使鋼框架各截面彎矩?cái)_度的增長率不斷下降,且存在增長率下降幅度的峰值,其對應(yīng)的索截面面積可認(rèn)為是最經(jīng)濟(jì)的索截面面積,水平荷載下,索截面面積變化對鋼框架各截面彎矩變形的增長率影響較小。

Experimental study on prestress parameters of cable-supported and knee-braced steel frame

Abstract:Based on the structural form of cable-supported and knee-braced steel frame, two scaled models were designed for the static test under load conditions to analyze the impact of different cable cross-section areas and pre-tension force on  steel frame. It is found in the experiment that the increase of pre-tension force on cable-supporting cable increases the pushing force of cable-supporting rod on steel frame, and the increase of pre-tension force on knee-bracing cable increases the drag force of knee-bracing rod on steel frame. The bending moments and deformations of the initial prestressing forces of cables with different cross-sectional areas are related to the respective cross-sectional areas of cables under the same prestressing conditions, and increase according to their change multiples. The increase of cross-sectional area of two cables makes the increase rate of moment deformation of each section of steel frame decrease continuously under vertical load, and there is a peak of the decrease rate. The corresponding cross-sectional area of cables can be considered as the most economical cross-sectional area of cables. Under horizontal load, the change of cross-sectional area of cables has little influence on the increase rate of moment deformation of each section of steel frame.
