［摘要］介紹了2019北京世園會酒店的結構概況，針對酒店類型建筑的結構設計特點，重點研究了宴會廳大跨預應力結構設計。介紹了各種類型的設備夾層結構方案，包括常規(guī)混凝土樓蓋方案、架空層設置方案、輕質樓蓋方案。介紹了管井及走道區(qū)域結構方案，包括梁變截面高度、變平面形狀、增設異形邊角柱等處理方式。介紹了建筑造型的結構實現，包括復雜建筑立面造型的結構實現方式。介紹了高大隔墻處理以及特色樓梯設計等問題，為酒店類型建筑的結構設計提供了借鑒。

Abstract:The general structure situation of Hotel of International Horticultural Exhibition 2019, Beijing, China was introduced, and according to the characteristics of the hotel type building, the large-span prestressed structure design for the banquet hall was mainly focused. Various types of equipment sandwich structure scheme was introduced, including conventional concrete floor scheme, overhead layer setting scheme, lightweight floor scheme. Arrangement scheme of structural beam in tubular well and gangway area was introduced, including the treatment methods of variable section height of beam, variable plane shape, adding special-shaped column. The structural realization of architectural modeling was introduced, including the structural realization mode of complex building facade modeling; tall partition treatment and characteristic stair design, etc was introduced, which provides reference for the structural design of hotel type buildings.
