車輛段蓋上開發(fā)結(jié)構(gòu)選型及工程分析

[摘要]結(jié)合工程實例對車輛段蓋上物業(yè)開發(fā)落地式、局部轉(zhuǎn)換式和全部轉(zhuǎn)換式三種結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換方案進行了探討,認為車輛段結(jié)構(gòu)方案需統(tǒng)籌考慮蓋下工藝條件和蓋上開發(fā)建筑的規(guī)模,結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)體系的高度和實用性、經(jīng)濟性,并與工程籌備條件相協(xié)調(diào)。提出如下建議:1)低烈度區(qū)盡量采用直接落地式,蓋上的結(jié)構(gòu)方案以混凝土框架最為理想;2)高烈度區(qū)在蓋上開發(fā)體量較大,蓋上結(jié)構(gòu)層數(shù)較多時盡量采用局部轉(zhuǎn)換式,以增加開發(fā)體量,取得最好的經(jīng)濟效果;3)高烈度區(qū)在蓋上開發(fā)規(guī)模中等時,盡量采用隔震體系的全部轉(zhuǎn)換式,使蓋上的結(jié)構(gòu)在二次開發(fā)時有一定的建筑方案調(diào)整余地。所涉及的隔震轉(zhuǎn)換以及車輛段等的設(shè)計選型原則均是針對具體工程特點提出的,可供相似工程借鑒和對比。

Structure system selection and engineering analysis for property development above metro depot

Abstract:Combining with engineering examples, three kinds of structural transformation schemes of property development above metro depot, i.e. landing type, partial transformation type and total transformation type, were discussed. It was considered that the structural scheme of property development above metro depot should take into account the technological conditions of the lower part and the scale of the property development above metro depot as a whole, and combine the height, practicability and economy of the structural system with engineering preparation. The following suggestions were put forward: 1) the direct landing type can be adopted in the low seismic fortification intensity area, and the concrete frame is the most ideal structural scheme for the buildings above metro depot; 2) the partial transformation type can be adopted in the high seismic fortification intensity area when there are large development volumes and many stories of the structures above metro depot, so as to increase the volume of the development and achieve the best economic results; 3) the seismic isolation transformation can be adopted as far as possible when the development scale of the buildings above metro depot is medium, so that there are some room for adjustment of the building plan in the secondary development of the structures above metro depot. The principles of seismic isolation transformation and metro depot design and selection were put forward according to the specific engineering characteristics, which could be used for reference and comparison of similar projects.
