敦煌莫高窟游客服務(wù)中心結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]敦煌莫高窟游客服務(wù)中心項目建筑新穎獨(dú)特,平面形狀非常不規(guī)則;結(jié)構(gòu)平面尺寸超長,多為高大空間、大跨度曲面結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)件多為不規(guī)則空間弧線、曲面,結(jié)構(gòu)形式非常復(fù)雜。結(jié)合這些特點(diǎn),主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼筋混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),通過防震縫、誘導(dǎo)縫等解決結(jié)構(gòu)超長問題,減少溫度應(yīng)力;接待大廳大跨度雙曲屋面采用網(wǎng)狀斜交井字梁結(jié)構(gòu);采光井采用梁柱網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu);數(shù)字影院、上下車區(qū)等屋面采用大跨度曲面空心樓板結(jié)構(gòu);球幕影院采用開大洞的混凝土殼體結(jié)構(gòu)。并對整體結(jié)構(gòu)以及大跨梁、空心板、混凝土殼等構(gòu)件進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的計算分析。施工圖構(gòu)件平面定位及標(biāo)高表達(dá)采用方格網(wǎng)坐標(biāo)體系,對弧線、曲面實現(xiàn)空間定位。通過采用這些特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)形式及圖紙表達(dá)方法,解決了不規(guī)則弧形、不規(guī)則曲面等復(fù)雜空間結(jié)構(gòu)問題,實現(xiàn)了獨(dú)特的建筑造型。

Structural design of Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes Tourist Service Center

Abstract:The structure of Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes Tourist Service Center project has novel and unique architectural shape, and its plane shape is very irregular. The plane size of the structure is super long. Most of the structures are large space and large span curved surface structures, and the structural components are irregular space arcs and curved surfaces. The structural form is very complex. Considering these characteristics, the reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure was adopted to solve the problem of super-long structure through seismic joints and induced joints, and to reduce the temperature stress. The large-span hyperbolic roof of reception hall adopted netlike oblique grid beam structure; the daylighting well adopted beam-column grid structure; the roof of digital cinema and car-going area adopted large-span curved hollow slab structure; and the spherical screen cinema adopted concrete shell structure with large-hole. The calculation and analysis of the whole structure, large-span beams, hollow slabs, concrete shells and other components were carried out in detail. In construction drawings, the expression of positioning and the elevation of the components adopted the grid coordinate system to realize the spatial positioning of the arc and the curved surface. By adopting these special structural forms and drawing expression methods, the complex spatial structure problems were solved such as irregular arc and irregular surface, and the unique architectural modeling was realized.
