HRB500鋼筋輕骨料混凝土疊合梁受彎性能試驗(yàn)研究*

摘 要

[摘要]對3根不同配筋率下采用HRB500組合封閉箍筋和縱筋的鋼筋輕骨料混凝土疊合梁和3根對比試件進(jìn)行了受彎性能試驗(yàn),對疊合梁的正截面受彎承載力、抗裂性、撓度以及裂縫開展情況進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:采用HRB500組合封閉箍筋和縱筋的鋼筋輕骨料混凝土疊合梁的破壞形態(tài)、受彎性能與整澆對比梁相近,梁正截面的平截面假定仍然適用,正截面受彎承載力、開裂荷載及撓度仍可按照現(xiàn)行規(guī)程JGJ 12—2006中的計(jì)算公式計(jì)算。

Experimental study on flexural behavior of lightweight aggregate concrete composite beams with HRB500 rebars

Abstract:Flexural behavior experiments were carried out on three reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete composite beams and three comparative specimens with HRB500 combined closed stirrups and longitudinal reinforcements under different reinforcement ratios, and the normal section flexural bearing capacity of the composite beams, the crack resistance, deflection and crack development were analyzed. The results show that the failure modes and flexural behaviors of the reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete composite beams with HRB500 combined closed stirrups and longitudinal reinforcement are similar to those of the cast-in-place comparison beams. The flat section assumption of the beam normal section is still applicable, and the normal section bending capacity, cracking load and deflection can still be calculated according to the calculation formula in the current regulation JGJ 12—2006.
