(1 華東建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,上海200002; 2 大連拓普聯(lián)合工程顧問有限公司,大連116001)[摘要] 近年來,基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法在超限高層設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用越來越多,超限高層的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)也比較適合采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法。除滿足“小震不壞、中震可修、大震不倒”的基本規(guī)范要求外,在不同強(qiáng)度的地震設(shè)防水準(zhǔn)下對(duì)超高層提出更高要求從而實(shí)現(xiàn)多級(jí)設(shè)防標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已成為目前超限高層設(shè)計(jì)中常用的手段。以大連小平島假日公寓超高層項(xiàng)目為例,詳細(xì)介紹該工程抗震性能目標(biāo)的確定及實(shí)現(xiàn),希望能夠?qū)窈蟮某薷邔釉O(shè)計(jì)工作起到啟發(fā)和借鑒作用。

(1 East China Architectural Design &Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200002, China; 2 Dalian Top-union Construction Consultant Ltd., Dalian 116001, China)Abstract: Nowadays, performance-based-seismic-design( PBSD) methods are used more frequently in super-high-rise-building( SHRB), which is also suitable to it.In "Code for seismic design of buildings" of China, the conception of "no damage with weak earthquake, repairable level under moderate efuthquake action and no collapsing with strong earthquake" is presented. But it is more reasonable to actualize multi-level and multi-target fortification of performance-based seismic design( PBSD) in SHRB design. An application example of PBSD with the case study ofa super high-rise building in Dalian Xiao-ping Island was introduced. The determination and realization of multi-target fortification design in this building was introduced and it was expected to be helpful to structure design of super high-rise building.
