[摘要] 主要介紹了帶轉(zhuǎn)換層的超高層住宅抗震設(shè)計(jì)過程，包括抗震縫設(shè)置，結(jié)構(gòu)體系布置，構(gòu)件截面及材料，抗震性能目標(biāo)設(shè)定，彈性計(jì)算分析比較，靜力彈塑性計(jì)算分析，樓板應(yīng)力分析，45。方向分析比較等。經(jīng)過三階段設(shè)計(jì)，達(dá)到抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Abstract: This article described the seisnuc design process of the super high-rise residential buildings with transfer story, including seismic joints, the structural layout, structural member section and materials, seismic performance objectives identified, analysis of elastic calculation, calculation of static plastic-elastic analysis, stress analysis of floor and analysis of seismic load in 450direction. A three-stage design has been performed to meet the seismic performance objectives.
