[摘要] 北京某工程，由于使用功能的特殊要求而考慮采用隔震設(shè)計(jì)。采用基于性能的設(shè)計(jì)方案對(duì)該建筑進(jìn)行了隔震設(shè)計(jì)。確定隔震方案，按規(guī)范要求對(duì)減震系數(shù)、隔震支座位移、隔震支座壓應(yīng)力，結(jié)構(gòu)層間位移進(jìn)行了分析與驗(yàn)算，并同非隔震方案進(jìn)行了比較。分析表明，采用隔震方案可有效降低地震作用，實(shí)現(xiàn)性能目標(biāo)。

Isolation design of an office building in Beijing

Abstract: Isolation design was adapted in the structural design of a office building in Beijing due to the special function requirements. Performance-based isolation design was applied in this building.  Isolation plan was determined, and the seismic isolation coefficient as well as displacement, stress of the rubber bearings, story sluft of the structure were calculated and analyzed. The isolation design was compared with non-isolation design. Analysis shows the seismic force is reduced effectively in the isolation design and the performance objectives are achieved.
