（1清華大學(xué)土木工程安全與耐久教育部重點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)室，北京 100084；2 清華大學(xué)土木工程系，北京100084；3 中國石油天然氣股份公司唐山液化天然氣項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部，北京 100007）[摘要] 介紹了16萬m3全包容式液化天然氣儲罐的隔震分析和設(shè)計(jì)；用兩質(zhì)點(diǎn)模型對罐內(nèi)液體進(jìn)行了簡化；考慮了罐底樁基剛度和阻尼的影響；利用SAP2000建立了三維有限元模型并進(jìn)行了地震響應(yīng)的時(shí)程分析。結(jié)果表明：隔震后，基底平均剪力減小70010以上，隔震對罐體及液體脈沖質(zhì)量的振動起到了良好的控制作用。

The liquid in the tank was simplified by a two mass two spring model. The effects of the damping and stiffness of the pile foundation undemeath to the response of the tanks were considered. Three dimensional model is established by SAP2000. Analysis and design were conducted. The results suggest that the base shear is decreased by more than 70%, and base isolation has significant effect to control the seismic response of the tanks and the liquid inside.
