(1北京龍安華誠(chéng)建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,北京100052;2 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,哈爾濱150090)[摘要] 對(duì)于建筑結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的評(píng)定也應(yīng)充分考慮到結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下會(huì)發(fā)生較大的塑性變形,應(yīng)采用阻尼或延性系數(shù)對(duì)其所受的地震荷載進(jìn)行折減,即采用能力譜法或改進(jìn)的能力譜法可以更加準(zhǔn)確地評(píng)定建筑結(jié)構(gòu)在地震時(shí)的抗震性能,可為新結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)或既有結(jié)構(gòu)的加固提供更為準(zhǔn)確的理論依據(jù)。

The damping and ductility factors were used to reduce earthquake load. The capacity spectrum method and improved capacity spectrum method were adopted to evaluate structural seisnuc performance more accurately. The above methods for structural seismic performance assessment are more accurate analysis ways for design of new structures and reinforcement of established structures.
