鋼框架內(nèi)填預(yù)制鋼筋混凝土剪力墻試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要] 為實(shí)現(xiàn)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)力體系的工業(yè)化,對(duì)鋼框架內(nèi)填預(yù)制鋼筋混凝土剪力墻進(jìn)行了低周反復(fù)荷載試驗(yàn)??疾炝藘?nèi)填墻裂縫的開(kāi)展和結(jié)構(gòu)變形能力,分析了結(jié)構(gòu)的傳力機(jī)理、破壞機(jī)理、滯回曲線、剛度退化、變形及延性、耗能能力等。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:試件呈內(nèi)填墻壓碎的延性破壞模式,加載過(guò)程中,抗剪連接件(U形筋)未發(fā)現(xiàn)疲勞破壞,試件的后期承載力退化緩慢,試件的變形能力、延性性能以及耗能能力均得到大幅提高。在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,鋼框架與混凝土表現(xiàn)出了較好的整體性能,內(nèi)填預(yù)制鋼筋混凝土剪力墻鋼框架具有良好的抗震性能,適合在地震區(qū)應(yīng)用。

Experimental study of steel frames with infill prefabricated reinforce-concrete shear walls

Abstract: To realize the industrialized lateral resistant system in steel structure,the low cyclic loading test was carried out for steel frames with infill prefabricated reinforce-concrete shear walls( SFPCW).  The crack development in infill walls and deformation performance of SFPCW were investigated,and the force transfer mechanism, failure mode, hysteretic behavior, stiffness degradation, deformation and ductility, and energy dissipation of composite structure were analyzed too. Test results show that the concrete crushing in infill wall was the main failure pattem and the failure mode was ductile failure. Within the whole loading period, low cyclic fatigue of shear connectors(U shapebars)  didn't occur, and the performance of the specimens, including post-peak strength degradation, ductility behavior, deformation capacity, and energy dissipation, were significantly improved. During the whole test, the steel and concrete components work integrally. And the SFPCW have good seisnuc performances and could be widely used in seisnuc areas.
