(1 北京中天建中工程設計有限責任公司,北京 100053;2 中鐵置業(yè),北京 100055;3 奧雅納工程咨詢(上海)有限公司北京分公司,北京 100020)[摘要] 國內很多6度、7度地震區(qū)發(fā)生了較大的地震甚至特大地震,部分地區(qū)的地震烈度超過設防大震烈度1~4度。砌體結構是我國房屋的主要結構形式之一,在巨震中破壞、倒塌嚴重。本文通過震害分析和地震逃生分析對2010版抗規(guī)7.3.8條進行了討論,得到以下主要結論:對于砌體結構,加強地震逃生通道(樓梯間)是有必要的,然而孤立的避難間(安全島)難以滿足地震逃生的需要,一個完整的地震避難逃生系統(tǒng)才能滿足地震逃生的需要;初步給出了住宅和教學樓的地震避難單元布置建議,并對其他不同功能的房屋給出了避難單元的設置原則。

Some places even have suffered from "enormous earthquake", with intensity of 1 t0 4 degree greater than the local rarely earthquake intensity expected by code. Masonry structure is one of the most popular structure style in native dwelling buildings. But under enormous earthquake, its damage is serious and tend to collapse more easily. In tlus article, based on the analysis on earthquake damage and seek refuge fromh, we discussed the clause 7.3.8 in code for seismic design of building and draw conclusions as following: For masonry structure, it's necessary to enhance the stairs room but not enough, an integral system is needed for seeking refuge under earthquake. Herein we suggest the plan of refuge ruut for dwelling house and school building, and point out the measure for some buildings with various options.
