（1 北京三茂建筑工程檢測鑒定有限公司，北京 100088；2 中國航空規(guī)劃建設(shè)發(fā)展有限公司，北京100120；3 中科合成油工程有限公司，北京 100195）[摘要] 對四川汶川大地震中遭受地震災害的底部框架．抗震墻砌體房屋的震害進行了調(diào)查分析，給出了不同建造年代的底部框架-抗震墻砌體房屋的震害特征和破壞狀態(tài)；同時，對少量底層為局部框架或半框架上部為砌體房屋的震害也進行了調(diào)查分析，并對這類房屋的震害原因和震害經(jīng)驗進行了總結(jié)。探討了底部框架．抗震墻砌體房屋薄弱樓層的部位與破壞狀態(tài)的關(guān)系，指出了底部框架-抗震墻砌體房屋的抗震設(shè)計不應使底部樓層過強，而應盡量使底部框架．抗震墻與上部砌體房屋樓層的剛度較為均勻的設(shè)計概念。

Damage characteristics and failure state are presented of masonry buildings with frame and seismic-wallin the lower stories constructed at different times. At the same time, diagnoses are also happened on a few sublayer-local framework or half frame and top brick house wluch were damaged, the cause and experience of wluch are summarized. the relationship of the weak location and destructed state of masonry buildings with frame and seismic-wallin the lower stories. The design concept is presented that the stiffness of the bottom of the floor should not be too strong, but should keep the stiffness of sublayer frame anti-seismic wall and top brick house balancing.
