(北京三茂建筑工程檢測(cè)鑒定有限公司,北京 100088)[摘要] 總結(jié)了底部框架-抗震墻砌體房屋抗震能力的分析方法。運(yùn)用該方法,對(duì)四川汶川大地震中遭受破壞的底層框架-抗震墻砌體房屋進(jìn)行了第2層與底層側(cè)向剛度及樓層極限承載力的計(jì)算,并將計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)際震害情況進(jìn)行了比較分析。分析結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于底層設(shè)置了一定數(shù)量磚填充墻的這類結(jié)構(gòu)房屋,在抗震能力的分析中應(yīng)計(jì)入磚填充墻的側(cè)向剛度和承載能力,否則無法正確反映這類結(jié)構(gòu)房屋的實(shí)際受力特性,無法正確判斷這類結(jié)構(gòu)房屋的薄弱樓層。

Using the method,The lateral stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of bottom two stories, which are suffered seismic damage in Wenchuan earthquake, are calculated. And the calculation is compared with the actual damage at the earthquake. The results show that, for the building with masonry filler wall at bottom story,the lateral stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of masonry filler wall should be calculated. Otherwise, it will be impossible to correctly reflect the mechanical characteristics of this kind structure, and impossible to correctly judge the weak story of this kind structure.
