(大連城建設(shè)計研究院有限公司,大連 116021)[摘要] 大連嘉和廣場A座塔樓高度為184. 5m。介紹了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)體系和特點,分析研究了鋼管混凝土柱鋼框架-混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)的性能化設(shè)計,滿足C級抗震性能目標(biāo),在25 ,38層設(shè)置兩個伸臂桁架結(jié)構(gòu)加強層,增強抗側(cè)移剛度,減小層間位移;在底部加強區(qū)及加強層之間設(shè)型鋼暗柱,提高延性。通過靜力彈塑性分析、驗算結(jié)構(gòu)在罕遇地震下的抗震性能。

( Dalian Institute of Urban and Architecture Design, Dalian 116021, China)Abstract: The height of the A tower of Dalian Jiahe Plaza reaches 184.5 m.The design of the foundation and the features of the structure system were introduced. The performance-based design method of the concrete-filled steel tube frame-concrete core-wall structure was analyzed. The seisnuc performance objective is set to C level. On the 25ffi and 38'h floor, two outriggers are set up in order to reduce the displacement of structure and to strengthen the lateral stiffness. In the stiffened story, the composite steel reinforced concrete columns is set up in order to heighten ductility of the structure, analyses the structural anti-seismic performance in rare earthquake through the static elastic-plastic method.
