(1 和記黃埔地產(chǎn)管理有限公司深圳分公司,深圳 518026;2 和記黃埔地產(chǎn)有限公司,香港;3 JMK工程顧問有限公司,香港)[摘要] 本工程主體結(jié)構(gòu)高156. 5m,為框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,存在平面不規(guī)則和豎向不規(guī)則的情況,屬于超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。本文重點講述了結(jié)構(gòu)超限的特點,并根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)超限情況提出了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計措施、確定了結(jié)構(gòu)性能目標(biāo),針對性能目標(biāo)分別進行了結(jié)構(gòu)整體和特殊部位的計算分析。

On one hand, the structural characteristics wluch is out oflinuted design requirements was described; on the other hand, the structural design method was proposed and the structural performance objectives were decided according to the condition of out of limited design requirements, while the analysis of the whole structure and special parts of the structure was obtained based on the performance objectives.
