(華東建筑設計研究院有限公司,上海 200002)[摘要] 以某大劇院屋蓋中75. 6m跨度的彎扭桁架應力蒙皮為對象,研究其在最不利工況下的受力性能和屈曲破壞模式。通過有限元分析得到應力蒙皮的基本屈曲模態(tài)、空間分布和屈曲板塊的應力狀態(tài)。利用板殼屈曲理論分析屈曲板塊的應力狀態(tài),發(fā)現(xiàn)壓應力和剪應力超過屈曲臨界應力是導致蒙上皮板塊局部屈曲的根本原因;為此可以通過增加蒙皮厚度和設置加勁肋條來提高了板塊的屈曲臨界荷載。最后,通過研究不同蒙皮厚度、加勁肋厚度和布置的影響,使設計方案更加合理。

Firstly, the basic buckling modes, its distribution and stress condition were studied by FEMA. Secondly, plate-shell buckling theory was used to analyze the stress conditions of these buckling plates. It is found that the compression and shear stress are beyond the critical stress which cause the plates buckle. So increasing plate thickness and setting stiffeners are effective. Lastly, the stressed skin was compatibly designed based on a parametric analysis of plate thickness, stiffener thickness and distribution.
