[摘要] 城市核心區(qū)域的大型商場(chǎng)結(jié)合超高層住宅建設(shè)項(xiàng)目日益增多，采用高位轉(zhuǎn)換的框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題值得關(guān)注。本工程主體結(jié)構(gòu)總高度133m，轉(zhuǎn)換層高度34m，采用框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，為規(guī)則性超限結(jié)構(gòu)。針對(duì)本工程的特點(diǎn)，結(jié)合超限審查時(shí)專(zhuān)家的建議，介紹了此工程超限情況及所采取的措施，包括計(jì)算分析和構(gòu)造措施；并簡(jiǎn)要介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)整體計(jì)算分析的內(nèi)容、結(jié)果。

Structure design of an overrun high-rise residential brulding

Abstract: As the shopping mall combining high-rise residential construction project increasing in the urban core area, the design problem of high-transition frame supported shear wall structure is deserved attention. This proposed project is a frame supported shear wall regularity off-gauge structure, which total structural height is 133m and the transfer level height is 34m. Aiming at the characteristics of this project and the advices from the experts in off-gauge review, the situation of the engineering off-gauge was introduced, including calculation, analysis and construction technologies.  In addition, the calculation and analysis of the whole structure was briefly introduced.
