（蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)設(shè)計研究院有限責(zé)任公司，蘇州 215021）[摘要] 從總體上分析了影響高層住宅設(shè)計用鋼量的三大因素，同時根據(jù)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗提出了多個控制用鋼量的具體方法，并通過多個算例及筆者自己參與的工程實例對這些方法的有效性進(jìn)行了論證，供建筑行業(yè)的相關(guān)人員參考。
