（宏立工程顧問有限公司，福州 350001）[摘要] 最近的二十年里，香港的高層建筑中采用后張有粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)換層厚板有了迅速的增長。由于各種實際條件的限制，要求轉(zhuǎn)換層厚板的設(shè)計必須滿足分層澆搗、分段張拉的施工工藝。本文立足于大量的實際工程經(jīng)驗，力圖勾畫出這種特殊的組合型結(jié)構(gòu)在香港現(xiàn)今的設(shè)計概貌。

It is now widely accepted by developers and structural engineers. Most transfer plates are poured in two or more layers, with a horizontal joint between, to suit site conditions and construction requirements. The goal of the article is to highlight the key issues of the design works based on many actual projects.
