(浙江大學建筑設計研究院,杭州 310027)[摘要] 金華體育中心體育場東西看臺結構設計中采用了超長混凝土框架結構體系,為防止混凝土收縮及溫度下降,在結構中出現(xiàn)有害的貫通裂縫,設計中采取沿環(huán)向隔跨布置誘導槽以及環(huán)向框架梁內設置預應力鋼筋兩項措施。本文主要介紹了誘導槽的工作原理,使溫度應力重分布,降低了大部分看臺區(qū)域內的拉應力;同時,通過有限元程序分析,論證了預應力鋼筋的設置,能夠有效降低結構梁、板內的拉應力,提高結構的抗裂性能。

( Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310027, China)Abstract: The super-long concrete frame structure was applied in the stadium grandstand of Jinhua Sport Center. In order to prevent the appearance of harmful cracks, caused by the shrinkage of concrete and fall of temperature, two technologies were applied, one is induction grooves which were set every other span along the direction of circumference, the other is post-tensioned pre-stressed design method set in beams along the direction of circumference. The effects of induction grooves which is redistributing the temperature stress and reducing the tensile stress in the most region of grandstand are discussed in this paper. Meanwhile, the FEM analysis proved that the tensile stress in beams and slabs can be effectively reduced and the appearance of cracks in the structure can be prevented by the applying of pre-stressed method.
