(中國中鐵置業(yè)集團有限公司設計研發(fā)部,北京 100055)[摘要] 超高層結構中經常會用到轉換結構,近年來又出現(xiàn)了搭接柱和搭接墻轉換結構,以實現(xiàn)柱或墻上下層錯位不大時的變位轉換。以某超高層實際工程為背景,重點闡述了搭接墻的工作機理,結合有限元軟件LSDYNA對搭接墻進行的非線性有限元分析結果,給出了工程應用的實用設計方法。并通過搭接墻的擬靜力試驗結果分析,驗證了搭接墻是一種可靠的轉換結構,給出的設計方法簡單、實用。

Its categories have been widened by eccentric lapping column/wallin recent years. The two structure forms are developed to cater for structure transferring with small center shift of column or wall. A real super high-rise project is taken as the example to explain the working mechanism and the practical design method for eccentric lapping wall. FEA is camed out with software LS-DYNA. Simulative static tests are also presented to justify the feasibility and reliability of eccentric lapping wall, and also to justify the proposed design method.
