[摘要] 介紹了京基金融中心施工模擬分析情況，考慮徐變收縮和施工過(guò)程的混凝土構(gòu)件豎向變形分析，利用ETABS程序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了彈性施工模擬，并對(duì)一次加載和多次加載進(jìn)行對(duì)比，得出比較符合實(shí)際情況的結(jié)論，對(duì)同類工程具有指導(dǎo)意義。

Abstract: The construction simulation analysis of Kingkey Financial Center was described. Creep and shrinkage and construction process of vertical deformation of the concrete structures were considered. Construction simulation was analyzed using ETABS program.A load and multiple loads were compared. The conclusions relatively conform to reality, which can provide reference for sinular projects.
