[摘要] 對(duì)一棟存在多項(xiàng)超限的155m高的鋼筋混凝土框支-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)規(guī)范，對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件制定一系列的抗震性能目標(biāo)，同時(shí)滿足安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。根據(jù)抗震性能目標(biāo)，對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行不同性能水準(zhǔn)的地震作用分析。根據(jù)小、中震的分析結(jié)果，進(jìn)行薄弱連接樓板、轉(zhuǎn)換層樓板設(shè)計(jì)?；赑ushover分析，進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位構(gòu)件的加強(qiáng)。結(jié)果表明：通過制定合理的抗震性能目標(biāo)，可有效地提高超限結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能。此工程實(shí)例為其他工程的結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)提供了參考。

Abstract: Performance-based seismic design is taken on reinforced concrete shear walls supported on frames, which has a height of155 meters and several out-codes instances. According to code, a series of seismic performance objectives of different structure members are established to satisfy safety and economy. Then, earthquake action analysis of different levels is used on structure. Design of weak connection slab and changing floor is based on the results of minor and moderate earthquake. Strengthening of weak part structure members is based on the results of pushover analysis. The conclusions show that the seismic capacity of out-codes structure can be significantly improved when seismic performance objectives are reasonable adopted. It provides a reference standard for other projects on performance-based seismic design.
