[摘要] 由于目前國內(nèi)缺少關(guān)于海上風(fēng)機(jī)基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的規(guī)程規(guī)范，海上風(fēng)機(jī)荷載沒有統(tǒng)一的計算公式。通過研究并依據(jù)國內(nèi)、外的相關(guān)規(guī)范，確定了海上風(fēng)機(jī)基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計涉及到的波浪、水流、冰、撞擊等荷載的計算方法及荷載組合方式，對海上風(fēng)機(jī)基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。

Abstract: Because of the lack of the norms of the offshore wind turbine foundation structure design and there was no a unified formula for beach-shallow sea wind turbine load,  the calculation of loads of the waves, currents, ice and other loads and load combinations are determined by researching the relevant norms of domestic and foreign. It has certain significance for the design of the beach-shallow sea wind turbine foundation structure.
